Tonight’s game (4/27) was a tie 1-1. They did great!

First baseball game of the season last night! It’s coach pitch and his teammates range in age from 6-11. His team lost but he still had fun!

I got to have picnic lunch with each kid at school during their lunchtimes today!

The kids went to a Robot event at the library yesterday. They made so many robot crafts and got to play with a robot too

Did a little bowling yesterday. These kids beat me!

At least they’ll keep their brains inside their heads while they skateboard 

Headed down to the courts again today. The kids are figuring out their skateboards. Adaline had a wipeout and got back on to try again even though she was crying. 

Jack got a skateboard the other day. Today we went out to try it out. Adaline had so much fun she broke her piggy bank open and bought herself a skateboard today. Now we’re watching videos how to skateboard. 

Easter!

The kids have been asking for weeks how much longer and today was the day! Nana and papa both made it to see us! The kids wanted papa to read the book about Kevin the Koala tonight.

Jack had baseball again and tonight he knocked the ball into the outfield straight between second and third. He had some pretty great plays as shortstop and he says that’s the position he wants to play all season. 

The kids both had parent teacher conferences yesterday! They’re both doing great! In English Jack is testing 45% higher than the national average and Math he’s testing 50% higher. Adaline is right on par with her peers which is so great because she’s one of the youngest for her grade.  Both kids teachers said they were so sweet and kind and all around wonderful kids. We’re very proud of both of them!
