Jack had soccer today even though it was 105 degrees out. He was a hot sweaty mess!

There’s a black flag warning base wide because of the heat. Soccer is canceled for the day and Adaline’s cheer practice is moved indoors. We were waiting in the car to drop her and she was cooling off. The car says 113 degrees.

First day of school! (Mom didn’t think this day would ever get here!)

We survived Hilary just fine. Rain, wind, and a little power outage. The kids first day of school was postponed out of caution. Our area wasn’t hit as hard. We’ve got some washout in and around the yard but nothing we can’t handle! 

Adalines mustache is giving dads a run for his money.

Last day of summer break! But we may get a “Hurricane” day. Keep your finger crossed they start Monday! 

Both of these kids lost a tooth yesterday. They both have two more loose teeth. The tooth fairy is going to be poor!
