Jack had a karate tournament Saturday. This kid has awful anxiety about doing new things, I was worried he wouldn’t  participate at all. After a bunch of convincing he finally went out and did it. And once he got out to the ring, he was completely fine and actually enjoyed it. He’s getting so good at doing his moves and is ready to belt up in a few weeks!
